• Weekdays are for Check in on Sunday and check out on Friday.
• Weekends are for Check in on Saturday and check out on Sunday.
• Peak Period are on dates as specified below including the Eve of and on the Public Holidays itself.
• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM45.00 nett per bed per night not inclusive of breakfast.
• Extra mattress is chargeable at RM30.00 nett per mattress per night with breakfast.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 3.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice .
• Extended check-out during Peak Period:

  Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed

  After 6pm - one day's rate imposed

• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account, which shall be advised during confirmation.
• Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Normal Period

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Periods

One night/package charge for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
